These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Davinki Pressure Washing Services. By scheduling, booking, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Davinki Pressure Washing Services provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, concrete and asphalt cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, and commercial exterior cleaning services.

Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, property access, safety considerations, and scheduling availability.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• If our team arrives and is unable to perform the service due to inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, a service fee may apply.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary if additional services are requested or if property conditions differ significantly from those disclosed during the estimate process.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to service areas.
• Secure pets and remove personal belongings, vehicles, furniture, or other obstacles from work areas.
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage, fragile materials, loose surfaces, electrical concerns, or special conditions before service begins.
• Ensure water and utility access is available if required for the service.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of service.

5. Liability

While we exercise reasonable care and industry-standard practices, Davinki Pressure Washing Services is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to siding, roofing, gutters, windows, screens, concrete, paint, sealants, or other surfaces.
• Damage resulting from aged, deteriorated, improperly installed, or previously damaged materials.
• Water intrusion caused by pre-existing structural deficiencies.
• Damage resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct any service-related concerns at no additional charge.

7. Weather Policy

Certain services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, high winds, freezing temperatures, or other weather conditions that could affect safety or service quality.

We reserve the right to adjust scheduling as necessary and will communicate any changes promptly.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

• Unsafe working conditions exist.
• Property conditions present a risk of damage or injury.
• Harassment, threatening behavior, or unreasonable conduct occurs.
• Payment obligations are not met.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
